Charleston SC is one of the oldest cities in the US, its original roots dating to 1670. In 1690 it was moved to its present location on the peninsula. Age however is not the only factor in the history of Charleston. This city has been near or at the center of this nation's activity since its inception. From the French and Spanish visits of the 1500's, the English development of the 1600's, the founding of our nation in the 1700's and the Civil War in the 1800's, this city has been omnipresent for our nation's history.
Invariably, when you have a city of this age, a haunted history will parallel the "traditional history." Charleston is not only no exception to this, it is an example. Charleston SC is one of the nation's most haunted cities.
We are all curious about "ghosts." What are they like? What do they want? Are they harmful or helpful? Where do they come from? What brought them into being? Do they exist? Its ok, we at Charleston Orbs had the same questions. We wanted to believe, but "show me the [photos]." The popular stance is "I'll believe it when I see it."
This is where we hope to help. We are not "professional ghost hunters." We are people like you who just want to know. We don't use expensive equipment. In fact, our entire equipment list is listed, and it may surprise you. We tour the streets of Charleston, taking hundreds of pictures, hoping to see something.
We succeeded.
